Ederline has been family owned and farmed since 1899.

This  private estate in Argyll, Scotland, is an unspoilt landscape of woods, moorland, network of burns and lochs, rocky hills and an abundance of wildlife. The cottages are tucked away in the hills on a working hill farm estate only ten minutes off the coastal road.

The area is rich in history and archaeological sites with the main concentration in the Kilmartin Glen where the cottages are located. On the estate itself we have a ancient chapel and a castle which may be explored. 

We have an abundance of lochs to fish. A mass of wildlife to see with Ospreys nesting on the main loch every spring.

As a guest on the estate you are welcome to wander as far as you like and explore this land of outstanding natural beauty.

Ederline House, the cottages and their settings are not simply a haven, they are a tonic to be consumed and enjoyed regardless of season.

Ederline House, which has a 5 Star Visit Scotland rating,  is available to rent weekly and we are also delighted to have guests on a  Bed and Breakfast basis.

There are three superb 3 star holiday cottages to let. All are traditionally stone built (over 200 hundred years ago), each with log fires and a supply of logs. All are furnished and decorated with great taste and care as well as being fitted out with just what you need to make your stay home from home.
