Terms

General
Cottage lets are from Saturday 4.00pm to 10.00am the following Saturday.
Minimum period one week. A £60 deposit per week is due as confirmation of your booking with the balance paid six weeks prior to arrival.
Electricity is metered and charged at cost at the end of your stay.

Dogs (TWO maximum)

Dogs are welcome, however Ederline is a working farm and dogs must be kept under control at all times.
When in the cottage they must be kept out of the bedrooms and allowed in the sitting rooms only when clean and dry. Please never left unattended.

We charge £15 a dog per week.
