Terms

General
Cottage lets are from Saturday 4.00pm to 10.00am the following Saturday.
Minimum period one week. The cottages must be left clean and tidy as when you arrived.
A £40 deposit per week is due as confirmation of your booking with the balance paid four weeks prior to arrival.
Electricity is metered and charged at cost at the end of your stay.
Dogs (maximum 2)
Dogs are welcome, however Ederline is a working farm and dogs must be kept under control at all times.
When in the cottage they must be kept out of the bedrooms and sitting rooms and never left unattended.

Linen
Each bed is provided with duvet and pillows. Linen is not provided unless requested.
The charge is £15.00 per person, this includes towels and tea towels.
A clean change for any adjoining weeks is £10.00 per person, this includes towels and tea towels.
