Ederline House is the main house on the estate. It sleeps 13 in 6 bedrooms, and has been completely upgraded in 2011 to luxury accommodation. It is situated in an elavated position with stunning views looking over Loch Ederline.

We also delighted to take guests on a  Bed and Breakfast basis as well as weekly.

• Next to the kitchen is a large utility room with walk in drying cupboard, WC, back stairs and boiler room with a backdoor leading out into the garage
• From the garage there is a staircase leading up to a huge play room with ping-pong table, large log burner and large flatscreen TV/Xbox
• Large drawing room with conservatory and a Jetmaster open fire
• Six bedrooms, four with ensuite bathrooms, two with his and her wash basins. Three bedrooms have super king beds which can be split into twin beds, two twin rooms and one bedroom with three single beds. All the bedrooms have fitted shelves and wardrobes. There is also one other large family bathroom

We sadly do not allow any dogs in the house but we do provide smart sheltered dog kennels in the garage. Smoking has to be outside the house as well as the dogs!

Directions to Ederline House:

Glasgow to Lochgilphead (approx 98 miles). Take the A816 Oban road out of Lochgilphead heading north. Through Kilmartin and 2 miles the other side take the first turn to the right sign posted Ford/Cladich on the B840. Follow the road for 1.5 miles past Loch Ederline on your right and into the village of Ford.20 Opposite the white Ford Hotel the road turns sharp right over a bridge up the hill and out of the village. After you have left the village you need to take the first turn to the right signed Ederline Estate. Continue up the drive through the farm yard and Spring Wood starts on your left. As you pass the wood the house can be seen in front of you
