The Coast, Islands and Ferries

Argyll has a stunning coastline to explore which is only fifteen minutes away and stretches over 2800 miles, longer than the coast of France.

The Hebridean Islands are easy to reach by regular ferries, from Oban, Kennacraig, Tayinloon and Claonaig, which are all under an hours drive.

The mainland and the Islands have some fantastic beaches, which will keep the children happy for hours. Private boat trips can be arranged locally to include mackeral fishing or going to visit the third largest whirlpool in the world!! www.seafari.co.uk/oban  www.sealife-adventures.com  www.divescotland.com
